Stock X Challenge winners

MANILA, Philippines - Team UPD-GURUS from the University of the Philippines-Diliman topped the 1st FMIC-PSE-CEAP Stock X Challenge Stock Trading Competition organized by First Metro Investment Corp. (FMIC), with its subsidiaries First Metro Securities Brokerage Corp. (FMSBC) and First Metro Asset Management Inc. (FAMI), the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP). Team SBC-DREAM from San Beda College and Team MONARCHS01 from Southville International School & Colleges placed second and third respectively. The Stock X Challenge, conceptualized by FMIC in line with its investment literacy advocacy, aims to develop a new generation of young Filipino investors through education and real-world trading experience.
