Deutsche Regis is best equity house

MANILA, Philippines - The Fund Managers Association of the Philippines (FMAP) has named Deutsche Regis as the Best Equity House for the fourth consecutive year in the Banks and Brokers Poll 2009. 

It also won the awards for Best Research and Best Sales Trading. Deutsche Regis is a joint venture between Deutsche Bank AG and local management. The firm has handled a select number of equity placements and fundraisers, including block placements of Ayala Corp., Bank of the Philippine Islands, the Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co., Globe Telecommunications, initial public offering of GMA Network, and rights offering of First Gen Corp.

Established in 1997, FMAP aims to foster the development of the domestic capital markets.
