BPI unveils new credit card

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has unveiled the latest BPI Express Credit card variant, BPI SkyMiles MasterCard, the only card that works in partnership with the world’s premier global airline, Delta Air Lines.

Through the strengthened partnership with Delta Air Lines, BPI makes traveling easier for Filipinos.

Cardholders can experience exclusive benefits of Delta’s SkyMiles Mileage Program, which includes earning and redeeming miles for award travel to over 900 destinations, in 160 countries through Delta Air Lines, SkyTeam Global Alliance Partners and other SkyMiles Airline Partners.

By simply using their BPI SkyMiles card, cardholders automatically earn one mile from SkyMiles for every P45 spent. The BPI SkyMiles Platinum cardholders are rewarded with double miles every time they use their card for Delta ticket purchases and are given the privilege to access the Delta Sky Club at NAIA for free.

They are likewise guaranteed to have peace of mind every time they travel as they are covered with a comprehensive travel insurance of up to P20 million when the travel fare is charged to their card.

Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines earlier merged as one entity, and their airlines’ mileage programs have likewise been integrated into Delta’s SkyMiles. That paved the way for the BPI SkyMiles co-brand card replacing the BPI WorldPerks card together with the card variant for the more discerning traveler, the BPI SkyMiles Platinum MasterCard.
