MANILA, Philippines - The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) will be erecting the DBP Green Building at The Fort Global City in Taguig City soon.
DBP president and chief executive officer Reynaldo G. David said that the building will utilie green architecture-including solar power harvesting, a modern roof for reduced heat gain, a storm drainage system for additional water supply, natural light, insulated walls for heat buffers, and water conservation features.
David said that the groundbreaking for the 54-story building would commence late this year. Two stories will be initially constructed which will house DBP offices.
Seventy percent of the floors will be used for office space while the remaining 30-percent will be for residential and commercial purposes.
