Japan's largest bank to offer insurance online

MANILA, Philippines - Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ has started selling automobile insurance online, becoming the first megabank to launch this type of service.

Customers with a bank cash card can purchase policies offered separately by Sonpo 24 Insurance Co., an affiliate of Nipponkoa Insurance and Zurich Insurance.
