Metrobank, Kraft Foods in dealer financing

MANILA, Philippines - The Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank) inked a partnership with Kraft Foods Philippines Inc. recently to enroll its select distributors in the Metrobank Dealer Financing program. Under the program, a number of distributors will avail of a credit line from Metrobank, ensuring the ready availability of funds for orders and immediate procurement of prompt-payment discounts. A-ON Enterprises, one of Kraft Foods’ leading distributors, will be piloting the program.

Kraft Foods will benefit from a simplified collection process, confirmation for funding of orders, reduced receivables, customized reports, and more streamlined operations. With the program complementing its existing collection facility, Kraft Foods is set to increase productivity, profitability and efficiency.

The Metrobank Dealer Financing Program is part of MetroCash Manager, the range of cash management products and services of Metrobank. MetroCash Manager offers a variety of financial solutions for better management of cash flow, operational efficiency, added security, and convenience. 

This includes basic banking services like online account statements, bills payment and funds transfer, payment and collection solutions like auto credit and deposit pick-up, and government e-services like BIR tax and SSS payments.
