ChinaBank Savings opens new branch

MANILA, Philippines – ChinaBank Savings, a subsidiary of China Bank Banking Corp., opened its second branch last May 22 at the ground floor of GJ Building in 385 Quezon Avenue, QC. ChinaBank Savings, formerly Manila Bank, was relaunched on Sept. 8, 2008 with Ayala Avenue Branch in Makati City as its main branch.

The Quezon Avenue branch is the first of ChinaBank Savings’ new branches constructed with distinctive modern architecture.

Scheduled to be opened soon are Cebu City, Greenhills-Wilson, Caloocan and Alabang branches. The target is to have a total footprint of 30 branches by 2011.
