New RBAP 2009 officers, directors

MANILA, Philippines – The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) has a new set of officers and directors for fiscal year 2009-2010.

Elected president is Joseph Omard Andaya of Green Bank (Caraga), according to outgoing president Tomas Gomez of GM Bank (Nueva Ecija).

The rest of the officers and directors are: Edward Leandro Garcia Jr. (Quezon Capital Rural Bank), vice president for Luzon; Rodolfo Z. Alvarez, (Rural Bank of Ilog), vice president for Visayas (Reg.VI); Vittorio Z. Almario, (Rural Bank of Mati), vice president for Mindanao (Reg.XI); Nora S. Pascual, (Rural Bank of San Francisco Del Monte, National Capital Region), treasurer; Vicente R. Mendoza (Filipino Saver’s Bank), assistant treasurer and executive director;    Gregory De Guzman (Bangko Pangasinan, Region I), corporate secretary; Katrina L. Pilapil (Rural Bank of San Mateo, Region II), assistant corporate secretary; Ma. Rosario R. Banzon (Balanga Rural Bank, Region III); George K. Dycaico (Rural Bank of Mabalacat, Region III); Cleto Villatuya (Rural Bank of Cavinti, region IV); Delfin J. Diezmo (Rural Bank of Capalonga, Region V); William Christopher Dichoso (Dumaguete Rural Bank, Region VII); Anacleta D. Aboyme (Rural Bank of Hindang, Region VIII), directors.
