Central Luzon Rural Banks conference on February 12

The Confederation of Central Luzon Rural Banks Inc. (CCLRBI) will be holding its annual management conference on Feb. 12 to 13 at the Mimosa Leisure Estate, Clark Freeport, Pampanga.   The theme of the conference is “The OFW Market:  Challenges and Opportunities.” Keynote speaker will be Labor Secretary Marianito D. Roque.   “Rural banks and OFWs can perfectly relate to each other for their mutual needs,” so says CCLRBI president Rouel M. Escalada. CCLRBI members are from provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales.
