HSBC wins best regional retail bank title

In its report, the publication commended HSBC for the value of its franchise, strong overall financial performance, efficient distribution channels and customer service excellence.
This is the third year in a row that HSBC has distinguished itself as the bank with the strongest retail business in Asia Pacific in the seven-year history of the awards program.
HSBC Philippines Personal Financial Services head Suresh Nanoo said that the commitment is reflected in efforts to provide Philippine banking customers with the best banking experience possible.
“We do this by offering innovative products, prompt, efficient and personalized world-class service, and implementing a relocation and expansion strategy geared towards offering our customers greater access, comfort and convenience,” Nanoo said, adding that HSBC inaugurated six branches this year, the two most recent of which were in Quezon City.
