Banco de Oro offers software financing

Banco de Oro Universal Bank (BdO) is offering financial assistance to employees, entrepreneurs and practicing professionals who would like to avail of licensed Microsoft products through the Banco de Oro SuperLite Personal Loan.

"This financing scheme will provide companies and individuals a quick and cost-effective way to adapt and upgrade to the latest information technology needed to achieve a competitive edge," Antonio Javier, managing director, Microsoft Philippines said "We want to share the best possible way to enable companies and entrepreneurs to secure their system and increase productivity through licensed software."

"We want to contribute to Microsoft’s endeavor in boosting competitiveness of local businesses with the latest licensed software technology. We believe such initiative will encourage Filipino businessmen and entrepreneurs to use such information technology to boost productivity. With the BdO SuperLite Personal Loan, we hope to provide the financing to empower their business," Rolando Tanchanco, executive vice president for Consumer Lending of BdO said.

The BdO SuperLite Personal Loan is an unsecured personal loan amortized via equal monthly installments.

Depending on the applicant’s monthlyincome, loan amounts range from P10,000 to P300,000, at a low monthly add-on rate of 1.30 percent.

Payment terms are flexible with a minimum tenor of six months and a maximum of 36 months. The loan does not need collaterals or guarantors. Applicants may be processed upon submission of complete documentation.

BdO SuperLite Personal Loan applicants must be Filipino citizens, at least 21 years old, residing or employed in Metro Manila and nearby provinces such as Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Pampanga.

Employees must be working for two consecutive years in a stable and reliable organization. For those who are self-employed, businesses should have been operating for at least two continuously successful and profitable years. Interested parties may visit the nearest Banco de Oro branches or call BdO Call Center at (02) 631-8000.
