The month-long "Birthday Bash promo" offers new depositors surprise gifts. The promo is open to August-born clients who will open an account with a minimum deposit requirement of P2,000 for regular savings account and P5,000 for checking account.
Non-August born clients, who opens an account with a minimum initial deposit of P5,000 for regular savings account and P10,000 for checking account, are also included in the promo.
Minimum investment of P20,000 for China Bank’s MoneyPlus savings account and $1,000 US dollar savings account also qualifies new account holders with surprise treats. Available through all its 140 branches, this promo is open from Aug. 9 to Sept. 3 this year.
China Bank is also giving 10-percent annually (fixed for the first year) for new HomePlus real estate loan applicants.
Currently the lowest in the industry, this specially-reduced rate applies to all new HomePlus loan applications received on or before Oct. 31, 2004. This is in line with China Bank Consumer Banking Group’s (CBG) thrust of making owning a home easier for the clients.
HomePlus is available for purchase of residential properties (lot, house & lot, townhouse, condominium), construction of residential units, house improvement or expansion, and refinancing of existing housing loans with other banks. CBG also offers vehicle loan packages through its AutoPlus loans.
