EJAP-Globe awards slated Aug 22

The prestigious Economic Journalists Association of the Philippines (EJAP) will honor the deserving business reporters as it holds the annual EJAP-Globe Telecoms Journalism Awards on Wednesday, August 22 at the Mandarin Hotel. Special guest is Economic and Planning Secretary Dante Canlas.
At stake are trophies and cash rewards for reporters who have covered the business beats in year 2000. The awards cover the categories of banking and finance, trade, energy, securities and stock market, agriculture, telecommunications, and business feature.
Former Finance Undersecretary Milwilda Guevarra heads the four-man board of judges while the final tally will be undertaken by SGV.
All members are enjoined to bring two ID photos for EJAP’s membership list and membership card.
