These two new methods are, first, through a fax machine using the Bankard SOA Fax-on-Demand facility of the Bankard Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), and, second, on-line via the Internet on their personal computer using the Bankard On-Line SOA Viewing facility.
The SOA Fax-on-Demand feature accessed through the IVRS is the newest service available to Bankard cardholders. Through it, cardholders can get a copy of their latest statements of account anytime, anywhere using their own fax numbers they themselves provide and assign also through the same facility.
All cardholders need to do is call Bankard Phone Center at 634-6644, and voice prompt will guide them through step-by-step instructions and easy-to-follow procedures down to the confirmation of their requested service. The SOA Fax-on-Demand facility also allows balance inquiry anytime, anywhere.
The second convenient method to access SOAs – the Bankard On-Line SOA Viewing – allows Bankard cardholders to keep track of their card purchases by letting them view online, via the Internet, both their current and previous month’s SOAs.
They simply log on to www.Bankard.com and click on the On-Line SOA viewing icon.
Easy step-by-step instructions are displayed on the screen to guide cardholders who will be required to key in their credit card number and PIN (which they can change using the same facility).
The Bankard On-Line SOA Viewing is a convenient means for cardholders to monitor their account as it can be accessed at home, at work, from any Internet Café or a PC notebook whenever and wherever they are, here or abroad.
