Gastronomy is Agriculture

MANILA, Philippines — Agriculture Undersecretary for Special Concerns Bernadette Romulo-Puyat (fourth from left) shares light moments with Filipino and Philippine-based chefs after the press conference for the Madrid Fusión Manila, an international culinary arts event to be held on April 24-26, 2015 at the Mall of Asia’s SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The Department of Agriculture has collaborated with the chefs for the promotion of top agricultural exports and endemic agricultural products of the country in prestigious culinary events such as the Madrid Fusión, which is Spain’s most important gastronomy congress.
