Food Bowl Market offers organic foods

-

MANILA, Philippines - Now it is easy to shop for all your basic organic food needs in Metro Manila. You will not have any difficulty choosing clean, safe and healthy wild, natural and organically-grown cereals and farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, seafood, and other eco-friendly products free of pesticide or toxic chemicals.

Just visit Food Bowl Market (FBM) at the Eton Centris Walk in Edsa corner Quezon Ave., Quezon City, on Fridays and Saturdays, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sundays, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

FBM is operated by the Go Organic and Natural Food Bowl Market Association (GO ON FBM) composed of sustainable development advocates and organic agriculture and natural farming practitioners that converges with the government on food self sufficiency by implementing the Organic Agriculture Act of 2010 (RA 10068).

The health-conscious communities of the metropolitan are invited to link with GO ON FBM on its formal launching on Oct. 16, 2011, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Significantly it will celebrate World Food Day, the organic and natural way, with the Department of Agriculture featuring “Pinoy TasteTival,” “I Love Fish” and other cooking contests, “Organic Pinoy Music Jam” and some surprises.
