Rudinas brings into the BPI his expertise in policy planning and implementation honed during his stint at DA Caraga and just before his appointment at DA Cagayan de Oro City.
In his first meeting with the BPI management committee, Rudinas said he wanted to take on the challenges of modern agriculture and globalization. He asked the management committee to be patient with him as he gears into the organizations multifaceted functions.
Rudinas replaces Lealyn A. Ramos who steered the BPI more than a year and is now the OIC of DA Cagayan de Oro City.
