Second egg show set at Megamall

The National Federation of Egg Producers of the Philippines (NFEPP) will hold the Second Egg Show this year on Sept. 20-22 at the Megatrade Halls 2 and 3 of SM Megamall. Drug companies, farm equipment/manufacturers, breeding farms feedmillers/equipment, food processors, organic fertilizers/companies lending institutions, livestock publication, government agencies allied industries, software companies, grain traders, shipping handlers, truckers and many others are expected to participate in this year’s exhibit.

The Second Egg Show will address the current problems of the country’s egg industry, where per capita egg consumption has dropped to 42 eggs per person from an estimated 57 eggs per person in a year, as compared to the per capita consumption of other Asian countries. And also give its visitors an overview of the country’s egg industry.
