(TIPCO) in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Industry and Energy Research and Development (DOST-PCIERD), University of the Philippines Los BañosCollege of Forestry and Natural ResourcesDepartment of Forest Products and Paper Science (UPLB-CFNR-DFPPS) and the UPLB Foundation, Inc.
Started Nov. 29, 1999, the project aims to utilize paper sludge to produce cement bonded boards as construction and building material.
