MANILA, Philippines — Phinma Properties is embarking on a new P12-billion township development in Bacolod City.

The property development arm of the Del Rosario family’s Phinma Group, in partnership with JEPP Property Corp., has started construction of the 21-hectare Saludad township.

The projects’ first phase is eyed for completion by December 2025.

The development of the second phase will commence on January 2026 and will be completed by 2028.

Phinma Properties said the entire project build up is projected to be until 2039.

The first phase at the southern portion of the property will include a hotel development and commercial lots as well as mid-rise buildings.

“We chose to go to Bacolod because we think we can make a difference in the urbanization of this city. Our aim is to make lives better and become a solution provider by giving people a dignified life that they so much deserve,” Phinma Properties president and CEO Raphael Felix said.

Targeted to be a catalyst for local economic development, the mixed-use township will create commercial spaces and a retail center that attract investors and entrepreneurs as well as generate new jobs and opportunities.

Phinma Properties said a new central business district could also potentially emerge within Bacolod through the township.

Saludad is designed to capture and preserve the essence of Bacolod living while incorporating modern conveniences and sustainable practices into its neighborhoods and top-notch amenities.

The township is also back-dropped by the panoramic view of Negros Occidental’s scenic mountains.

With over 30 years of experience and expertise in real estate development, Phinma Properties provides quality homes for Filipinos and ensure residents have access to opportunities that support their growth.

The company is committed to pursuing expansion in emerging cities and regions.
