Ayala Land triumphs at Asian Excellence Awards

MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) president and chief executive officer Anna Ma. Margarita Dy was recognized as Asia’s Best CEO by the Corporate Governance Asia, while the property giant’s chief finance officer and chief compliance officer Augusto Bengzon was hailed as Asia’s Best CFO.

ALI said Dy’s strategic direction and leadership have been pivotal in driving the company’s new growth plans.

According to the company, the recognition affirms the significant strides ALI has made under Dy’s stewardship.

Bengzon’s financial expertise and insight, on the other hand, have helped steer ALI’s strategies and ensured the company’s sustained financial health and compliance.

“We are honored to receive these awards. They reflect the dedication and hard work of our entire team, who continually strive for excellence in all aspects of our business,” Dy said.

“These recognitions inspire us to further our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices,” she said.

ALI said its success at the 14th Asian Excellence Awards not only highlights its leadership in the property sector but also underscores its broader commitment to sustainable development and responsible corporate governance.

In recognition to its dedication to sustainability and corporate responsibility, the company was honored with the Sustainable Asia and Asia’s Best CSR awards.

ALI said the recognitions highlight the company’s ongoing efforts to integrate sustainable practices into its operations and the company’s commitment to positively impacting the communities it serves.

It was also recognized as the Best Investor Relations Company in the Philippines, with Michael Anthony Garcia, the firm’s head of investor relations, recognized as the Best Investor Relations Professional.
