MANILA, Philippines — Harvard Business School alumni and notable business leaders in the Philippines led by Filipino businessmen Jose E.B. Antonio, chairman of Century Properties Group; Tony Tan Caktiong of Jollibee Foods Corp. and William Chua Co Kiong of Wills International Sales Corp. opened a photo exhibition last May 3 at the Antonio Gallery in Century City Mall, Makati City.

Organized by the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program of Harvard Business School Philippine Chapter Alumni Association Inc. led by its president Kiong, the exhibit titled “A World Through A Lens,” features 51 exclusive photographs depicting scenes from all over the world as seen through the eyes of the three successful entrepreneurs who all share the same love and passion for photography.

Proceeds of the sale during the opening of the exhibit will be used for the various charitable activities of the club.

“More than 10 years ago, during one of my travels around the world, I found myself with a newfound love and passion for photography. It all began as a hobby. Since then, whenever I am traveling, I document whatever catches my attention. My love for photography blended well with my fascination for architecture and the energy of street scenes around the world that I get to witness,” Antonio said.

For Tan Caktiong, photography is a hobby cultivated since his teenage years.

“I find photography the most suitable medium for preserving the fleeting beauty of my travels.”

Kiong, for his part, said that through his photos, he can immortalize memories and share them with anyone who wishes to partake in the beauty and wonder that he encountered in his journeys.

The exhibit is open to the public until June 3.
