MANILA, Philippines — Aboitiz Land is reinforcing its commitment to empowering and supporting the financial well-being of overseas Filipinos by being part of the biggest celebrations in the Filipino community in the Dubai Barrio Fiesta in the United Arab Emirates.

The Dubai Barrio Fiesta offered a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines.

Aboitiz Land was also at the Investor’s Forum in Doha, Qatar, which provided insights into investment opportunities in the Philippines.

Following the Middle East leg, Aboitiz Land also plans to participate in additional Investor’s Forum events in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Italy in April and the United States in September and October.

For most overseas Filipinos, investing in real estate is a meaningful pursuit, reflecting a desire for a connection to home despite physical distances. The idea of property investing serves as a source of hope, acknowledging the sacrifices made while living abroad.

For overseas Filipinos seeking a secure and rewarding investment, Aboitiz Land’s premier developments offer a blend of quality living, innovative design, and promising returns on investment. These developments include Seafront Residences, a premiere beach community and The Villages at Lipa, located in Batangas, as well as Ajoya communities located in Central Luzon. In Cebu, Aboitiz Land remains strong as a homegrown developer as seen in residential developments, Amoa in Compostela and Foressa MountainTown in Balamban.
