Motolite urges users to secure e-warranty

MANILA, Philippines — Leading automotive battery brand Motolite is urging its customers to secure their product warranty online and, at the same time, get a chance to win prizes in a raffle promotion.

Motolite said the e-warranty would give its customers peace of mind as they no longer need to keep the physical copies of their warranty cards. Should they need to claim the warranty for their batteries, Motolite would just refer to the e-warranty they registered.

For the raffle promo, customers only need to register their Motolite e-warranty to gain valid raffle entries. To do this, customers need to provide their plate number and mobile number to the staff of the outlet where they bought their battery, or to the Express Hatid/Res-Q rider if their battery is delivered to them.

Customers can also input the needed information in their Res-Q mobile app e-warranty. Customers will be reminded to also provide their e-mail and mailing addresses.

Existing Motolite users, meanwhile, can gain raffle entries by simply updating their e-warranty via their Motolite Res-Q app.
