MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host a two-session online training titled “Global Standards in Artificial Intelligence Management” on March 7 and 8, from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing how businesses operate and is expected to be one of the main economic drivers in the 21st century.

With the risks and complexity of AI, it is important to have robust governance mechanisms and policies in place.

As the capabilities of AI grow exponentially, there are deep concerns about privacy, bias, inequality, safety and security.

This SEC-accredited program will feature the new ISO/IEC 42001 – the world’s first AI management system standard – to provide structure, order, and valuable guidance to manage risk and opportunities associated with AI, balancing innovation with governance.

Adopting and implementing the global standard means putting in place best practices policies and procedures for the sound governance of an organization in relation to AI.

This world-class program will feature Kama Neson Ganeson, a Malaysia-based master trainer for various management systems.

He has rolled out many international quality management  training programs in Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines both for the public and private sectors with brand names such as Amex, Sitel, Toshiba, Fujitsu, McDonald’s, Jollibee, BDO, SM, Metrobank, Cebu Pacific, SSS, PhilHealth, among others.

In his four-year stint with the organization, he was also the designated coach and master trainer on various training programs for all frontline directors and project managers.
