The company is targeting urban dwellers seeking tranquility within the city.
Each town villa occupies a spacious lot, featuring levels with glass balconies and high-ceiling windows.
Launched formally in October 2022, Century Nuliv is the company’s newest brand which is a response to changes in real estate market standards and post-pandemic customer preferences.
The brand aims to provide homes in prime locations, featuring modern services, amenities, and practical home designs that support life’s essentials.
According to Century, the villas come in two configurations: a 227-square meter, three-story unit and a four-story, 312 sqm unit priced from P40 million to P60 million.
Moving forward, Century Nuliv plans to build premium low to mid-rise homes in key cities within and outside Metro Manila. This includes Townvillas in Azure North, San Fernando, Pampanga.
CPG may enter into partnerships on a per project basis for Century NULIV, depending on opportunities that may beavailable for the company.
