MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority announced on Sunday that several domestic flights have been canceled due to bad weather.
PAGASA said that cloudy skies and scattered rain showers are expected across the country on Sunday due to the shear line, northwest monsoon and localized thunderstorms.
