FLI expands industrial leasing footprint
MANILA, Philippines — Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), the property arm of the Gotianun Group, has strengthened its presence in the industrial leasing space in central Luzon.
Through Filinvest-BCDA Clark Inc., a joint venture with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), FLI expanded its industrial footprint with the launch of the new Filinvest Innovation Park-New Clark City (FIP-NCC) in Capas, Tarlac.
FLI president and CEO Tristan Las Marias said the park aims to attract logistics, e-commerce and light manufacturing locators.
“We take pride in offering a new asset class that not only supports businesses but also contributes to the local economy’s growth – ready for tomorrow, ready for the world,” he said.
The new industrial park offers RBFs or ready-built factories in different sizes, including 2,500-, 4,000- and 5,000 square-meter units.
These are designed with Grade A warehouse specifications, including features such as high ceiling clearance, floor load capacity of three tons per square meter raised production floors with loading docks, infrastructure support and high-speed internet.
The industrial park also offers industrial lots ranging from the standard one hectare lots up to 11-hectare mega lots which are available for lease to house larger facilities.
FLI launched the first phase last week of the industrial park, covering 60 hectares and located within the 288-hectare Filinvest New Clark City.
FIP-NCC is in close proximity to Clark International Airport, which is operated by Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp., composed of FDC, JG Summit Holdings, Inc., Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions Inc., and Changi Airports Philippines (I) Pte. Ltd.
