CGBP sets training program on leadership transition

MANILA, Philippines — To help emerging and seasoned leaders transition in their new roles in the organization, the Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) will host a pioneering online training titled “Leadership Transition Training” on Nov. 8 and 9 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.

This special program will delve into the critical aspects of leadership transition as you step into a role where you will have the opportunity to influence, inspire and drive change. Whether you are a newly promoted leader, an individual identified as “high potential”, or an experienced manager eyeing a more strategic role, this program will benefit you and your organization. It will provide you with the right tools, techniques, and strategies to navigate your shift seamlessly.

It will employ a blend of instructional methods, including lectures, case studies and practical exercises to ensure that you gain actionable insights that can be immediately applied within your organization.

This world-class program will feature Kama Neson Ganeson, a Malaysia-based master trainer for various management systems including ISO 9001, 10002, 14001, 18001, 22301, 31000, 20000, TS16949, 27001. He has rolled out many international quality management training programs in Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines both for the public and private sectors with brand names such as Amex, Sitel, Toshiba, Fujitsu, McDonalds, Jollibee, BDO, SM, Metrobank, Cebu Pacific, SSS, PhilHealth and many more. In his four-year stint with the organization, he was also the designated coach and master trainer on various training programs for all frontline directors and project managers.
