DMCI Batangas project yields P5.6 billion reservations
MANILA, Philippines — The project of DMCI Homes in San Juan, Batangas has yielded P5.6 billion in reservation sales since it was launched last Aug.
DMCI Homes said in a statement that about 93 percent of the Solmera Coast with an inventory of nearly 800 condotel units have already been reserved as of Sept. 15.
Solmera is DMCI Homes’ inaugural venture into the leisure property market through DMCI Homes Leisure Residences.
DMCI Homes vice president for project development Dennis Yap said the company plans to launch the residential phase of the project following the success of the condotel launch.
“In light of the outstanding sales performance of the condotel units, we’re excited to unveil the next buildings of Solmera Coast. The residential units, located in the Nusa and Asri buildings, will provide a unique beach park living experience for those seeking a beach park lifestyle,” Yap said.
Yap added the residential units would be offered in the two remaining buildings, Nusa and Asri.
Solmera itself offers unit sizes ranging from 34 to 91.5 square meters with unit options including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units and with prices varying between P7.1 million and P17 million.
The condotel units are spread across three mid-rise buildings, Matahari, Kartika and Bumi, which are scheduled for occupancy in February 2027, May 2027 and August 2027, respectively.
The development has a beachfront location and provides investment opportunities for buyers.
The residential property arm of the Consunji Group would facilitate rental transactions through a trusted hotelier, allowing property owners to maximize their investments even when they are away.
Amenities include swimming pools, a game area, a gym, two restaurants and a convention center.
San Juan in Batangas is a prime destination for travelers, attracting one million between January and June 2022.
