MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), a listed property developer focused on Visayas and Mindanao, has expanded its footprint in northern Cebu.
The company broke ground on the 15th Casa Mira project in Danao City, which is already 96 percent sold and is slated for completion in 2026.
The project is expected to generate P1.97 billion in sales revenue, CLI president and CEO Jose Soberano III said.
“Casa Mira allows CLI to help address the region’s housing gap. To date, Casa Mira has already provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over VisMin. Additionally, given the success of the project in the northern part of Cebu, we are now in the process of introducing a new affordable housing development in the area soon,” Soberano II said.
He said that the brand makes home ownership attainable with affordable, quality developments that offer more value, more space, and more amenities to be enjoyed by families.
