He  said that Globe has observed a notable reluctance among several MSMEs to transition to the online platform, as they prefer to maintain manual processes and transactions.

However, Globe believes that MSMEs who refuse to digitalize their operations will suffer in the long run, particularly as online payment becomes popular among Filipinos.

Ebrada said Globe also launched an inventory management solution made by warehousing specialist Zayls. The solution boasts of a single dashboard wherein MSMEs can update, add and deduct stocks from their inventory.

On top of this, the solution enables MSMEs to file purchase orders online and update inventory in real time.

It also features a sales management function to monitor orders and an analytics and reports tab for inventory assessment.

The starter package for the solution costs a minimum of P5,250 per month, with Globe selling it to small-scale enterprises looking to raise their productivity and streamline operations.

Ebrada said the solution built with Zayls can accommodate 5 GB in file uploads and can process an unlimited number of transactions.
