Training on management, operations audit slated
MANILA, Philippines — To upskill a company’s internal audit team and to update those to be audited, the Center for Global Best Practices will hold a six-session online training titled, How to Conduct Management and Operations Audit on May 2 from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.
Training participants will learn, refresh, and update themselves regarding the different concepts of key audit processes and right procedures (from scoping and planning to audit execution, reporting, and audit follow ups), as well as the operational tools and techniques to analyze different audit situations and come up with an objective analysis of any given situation.
The practical training program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of internal auditors in evaluating the inputs, processes, and outcomes of a program or project to assess — whether these are effective, efficient, economical and ethical — in compliance with IASPPS, revised PGIAM 2020, International Auditing Standards, laws, regulations, managerial policies, accountability measures and contractual obligations.

Registration is open to the general public. A must for those who are assigned in the internal audit, accounting, finance, budget, treasury, administration, asset management, general services, HR, corporate planning, procurement, legal departments of government entities.
