Bria Homes fast-tracks Manolo Fortich project

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Bria Homes, a subsidiary of Villar-owned property firm Golden MV Holdings Inc., is speeding up the construction of more house-and-lot units at its newest project in Mindanao.

Set for turnover this quarter are additional units in Bria Homes in Manolo Fortich, a first-class municipality in Bukidnon, one of the country’s richest provinces.

Bria Manolo Fortich is located at Mapait Street in Barangay Dicklum, an ideal residence for fun and adventure seekers as the property is near nature park Kampo Juan and the Del Monte Golf Course and Country Club.

Apart from the natural wonders that lure adventure seekers to Bukidnon, Bria Manolo Fortich’s strategic location is its major draw for locals looking to settle down - a tranquil residential village tucked into an area with calming verdant greenery, yet boasts proximity to various institutions such as schools, churches, hospitals and government offices.

According to Bria Homes North Mindanao division head Rey Montoya, the company’s expansion into Bukidnon is a testament to the growth the province has seen over the last few years. “Bria Manolo Fortich is, in fact, keeping in pace by fast-tracking construction of house and lot units in the first quarter of 2023,” he said.

The community offers contemporary homes such as rowhouse Elena (22-sqm floor area and 36-sqm lot area); the two-story townhouse Bettina (44-sqm floor area and 36-sqm lot area); and the single firewall model Alecza (33-sqm floor area and 81-sqm lot area).
