Epson launches virtual demo channel
MANILA, Philippines — Technology firm Epson Philippines has launched a virtual demo channel where customers can easily inquire about the company’s products, as well as schedule product demonstrations, in a bid to provide further support and accessibility to customers.
In a statement yesterday, Epson said the channel available on Viber would give customers a more personal experience as they can chat or call one-on-one with an Epson Virtual Demo Specialist.
“Even as COVID-19 protocols are slowly being lifted, Epson Philippines still anticipates the need for virtual touchpoints where customers can easily access information,” the company said.
It said that the virtual demo on Viber provides an avenue for customers to efficiently engage with an Epson virtual demo specialist at their own convenience for concerns specific to product specs and demo schedules.
The Viber channel addresses customers’ demo requests through online chat, call, or video conference.
“Epson is committed to giving full support and accessibility to its customers,” Epson Philippines marketing division general manager Eduardo Bonoan said.
“We have made sure that our customers can easily get in touch with our Epson Virtual Demo Specialist for product demo schedules. We also want to ensure that customers are able to choose the Epson product best suited for their needs, which is why we encourage them to schedule product demonstrations at their preferred times,” he said.
In line with Epson’s commitment to provide customers prompt, efficient, transparent, and courteous assistance, the virtual channel takes product demonstrations a step further by giving customers the option to either hold an on-the-spot product demonstration or schedule demonstration at the customer’s preference.
“The demonstration is preceded by a detailed consultation with an Epson virtual demo specialist, where customers give their complete requirements and the specialist recommends a product for demonstration,”Epson said.
