Capillary Technologies posts wins at Loyalty and Engagement Awards

MANILA, Philippines — Capillary Technologies, a B2B SaaS platform for customer loyalty and engagement, recently bagged a gold award and two silver awards at Marketing — Interactive’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022. Capillary Technologies was also a finalist in no less than four separate categories.

The gold award was for Domino’s Pizza Indonesia in the Best CRM Strategy category. The silver awards were for Domino’s Pizza Indonesia in the Best Use of Consumer Insights/Data Analytics category and Erajaya Swasembada in the Best Membership Program category. Capillary was also shortlisted in the Best Omni-Channel Strategy for its work for Biba Fashion.

Organized by Singapore’s Marketing-Interactive magazine, the Loyalty & Engagement Awards covered 43 categories adjudicated by a panel of judges from such well-known brands as Singtel, Razer, Philip Morris, JustCo, HSBC Bank, Astrazeneca, Air Asia and Abbott.

The awards honors the best loyalty marketing strategies in South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ regions. The show is the first of its kind to recognize marketing works as well as celebrate the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain, and appreciate an organization’s biggest advocates — their customers.
