Megaworld launches 3rd condo project in Pampanga

MANILA, Philippines — Andrew Tan-led  Megaworld Corp. is expanding its residential footprint in Pampanga with the launch of a third residential condominium inside its 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the city of San Fernando.

The property developer expects to generate P2.8 billion in sales from the project, slated for completion in 2027.

Montrose Parkview, a 15-story development, will have 293 units in 14 varying unit types.

This new condo tower will target the next generation of Kapampangans who are looking for a more progressive lifestyle, said Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Pampanga.

“We envision this to appeal to well-traveled individuals who wish to stay in their hometown, but at the same time, aspire for a lifestyle they’ve experienced in other progressive cities,” Lozano said.

Unit sizes are up to 35 square meters (sqm) for studio; up to 48 sqm for one-bedroom suite; up to 48.5 sqm for the executive one-bedroom suite; up to 54.5 sqm for one-bedroom garden suite; up to 97.5 sqm for the two-bedroom garden suite and up to 165.5 sqm for the three-bedroom garden suite.

Penthouse units are also available in loft-type layouts with either its own lanai or balcony.

Every unit also comes with a wireless smart home system and devices with WiFi router, Megaworld said.

Parkview is strategically located beside the Capital Mall and the upcoming BPO office towers and will be in close proximity to retail and dining strips.

“Its location is the most prime in the entire township because it is right in the middle of everything. The town plaza fronting this residential development is envisioned to be a picturesque and bustling spot for tourists and local visitors,” Lozano also said.

At the third level are  amenities that include an adult and children’s pool with its own pool lounge, gazebo, outdoor seating areas, pathwalk, fitness center with boxing and yoga rooms, game room, daycare center, and a function room.

It also has its own sustainable building features such as low flow rate fixtures, occupancy sensors, energy efficient equipment, and a rainwater harvesting facility.

Megaworld has been expanding continuously within and outside Metro Manila, addressing growing demand for living spaces in other areas in the country.
