MANILA, Philippines — Housing and retail tycoon Manuel Villar Jr. said AllHome is on track to open 100 AllHome Corp. stores all over the country by 2026 following the company’s expansion in Davao.

For this year alone, AllHome is set to add a minimum of eight new stores, all featuring bigger retail spaces.

The listed one stop-shop home store’s Davao expansion will bring its nationwide store footprint to 58 locations.

Villar, chairman of AllHome, said the newest branch in Vista Mall Davao reflects the company’s capability to leverage synergies with the Villar Group’s housing arm as well as the AllValue retail ecosystem.

“We are excited to open an additional AllHome location in a rising urban location in Davao City,” Villar said.

Moving forward, AllHome aims to expand further in NCR+ and Tier 1 cities across the country.

Aside from Davao, the company will also expand in Caloocan, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Bulacan, Dasmariñas, Trece Martires in Cavite and Cebu.

Camille Villar, vice chairman of AllHome, said the company is excited to expand the AllHome brand, especially in a highly-coveted location like Davao City.

“Our 58th branch is a demonstration of our new-generation large format stores, one that maintains our brand of an elevated and comprehensive home shopping experience in terms of customer-facing touchpoints but also allows for increased efficiencies towards storage and product displays,” she said.

This new and larger format also allows the company to improve its e-commerce capabilities, she said.

AllHome president and CEO Benjamin Therese Serrano said that with easing mobility restrictions in the country, the economy continues to reopen.

“Our government continues to keep a brisk pace in downgrading restrictions toward a more normal, open economic scenario. Increasing store transaction counts, especially as reflected in the later periods of our FY 2021 results are reflective of customers returning to our physical stores. We remain confident in the strategies we have in place to achieve our 100-store milestone in 2026,” Serrano said.

“Locally, we are also very excited to introduce an elevated home shopping experience to the increasingly premiumized tastes of Davao City residents,” she added.
