Zebra Technologies opens first service center in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines — Technology firm Zebra Technologies Corp. has opened its first service center in the Philippines as part of its commitment to support businesses in Southeast Asia.

In a statement, Zebra said the new service center in the Philippines would be operated by its authorized service partner Highpoint Services Network Philippines Inc. to provide repair services for a broad portfolio of innovative mobile computers and barcode scanners.

“The opening of our first service center in the Philippines demonstrates our continued commitment to Asia Pacific and our local Filipino customers,” Jason Low, country advisor for the Philippines under Zebra Technologies Asia Pacific said.

“The proximity of this new service center will be more convenient with less downtime for local businesses and enhance their business continuity and operational efficiency,” he added.

Businesses with Zebra OneCare maintenance plans, as well as customers using Zebra products under warranty can take advantage of the services of the new facility.

Zebra OneCare offers its users technical and software support, security software updates, analytics reports and more.

In addition, Zebra OneCare allows customers to tailor their service plan according to their needs.

Apart from the service center in the Philippines, Zebra has five others in Southeast Asia located in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
