MANILA, Philippines — Construction works for the 31-story Ridgewood Towers Premier have resumed at a brisk pace after encountering delay due to the government-imposed lockdown, keeping the project on track to completion by the latter part of 2022.
Project developer C-5 Mansions Development Corp. said construction has reached the ground level, with the building’s mat foundation and four basement levels now structurally complete.
The residential condominium is now rising fast along President C.P. Garcia Ave., just a few steps from SM Aura and Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
Turnover of Ridgewood Towers Premier units is expected in the latter part of 2022. The mixed-use tower’s six floors covering 168 units, meanwhile, are earmarked for Ridgewood Premier Hotel.
Driven by a market appreciative of its location in the fast-growing BGC area, the project, which broke ground in 2018, posted steady growth and robust sales as demand for quality residential condominium units from the mid-income market remained strong.
“Aside from the modern urban design of the property that offers comfortable living spaces within the city, our target market immediately noticed its price advantage given its prime, strategic location,” said C-5 Mansions general manager Alfonso Keh Jr.
