Bria Homes launches Sentro, its new center of convergence

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Villar-owned Bria Homes, one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines, is launching Sentro, the new center of convergence in its communities.

The company said Sentro will be the amenity hub housing the multi-function hall, park, playground and Bria’s newest facility: the community center.

Sentro will be its “most innovative development yet” and a significant step toward its goal – to provide Filipinos not just modern and affordable houses in the Philippines, but also better, more secure, and healthier lives, Bria said.

Sentro will be where the action is, where residents can engage in sports tournaments, hold school graduations, and organize seminars and pageants. A host of other community events can also be accommodated in the multi-function hall that boasts of a covered court and stage.

Residents will enjoy the outdoors, too, in Sentro’s family parks and fun playgrounds that have benches, slides, and swings in refreshing eco-friendly spaces.

And to complete its provisions, Sentro will house the community center, which has four sub-centers that serve specific needs of Bria homeowners: Health Center, Day Care Center, Senior Citizen Center, and Barangay Center. These facilities ensure that the residents’ essential needs are within reach.

For added convenience, Sentro will offer free WiFi access for all homeowners, and 24-hour CCTV cameras for security. “We see Sentro as an integration of livelihood, entertainment, and recreation for our residents, said Red Rosales, Bria Homes president and COO. “The mix of residential and commercial developments in each community likewise promote local economic growth.”

Bria Homes, which has more than 50 projects across progressive towns and cities nationwide, is a subsidiary of publicly listed Golden Bria Holdings Inc., considered the third largest real estate company in terms of market capitalization valued at more than P200 billion.

Bria Homes also takes pride in its enhanced property management, which has been adapted to the needs of the times. It enforces strict measures and government-mandated protocols in all its communities, including regular sanitation, social distancing, and promotion of frequent handwashing among homeowners and staff.

To remain accessible to present and future homeowners, Bria has a 24/7 digital Customer Relations Management (CRM). Online tours, reservations, and payments are also made available through the Bria website.

Prospective homeowners can have all these by purchasing Bria Homes’ cozy and stylish residential dwellings, which Filipinos can purchase at P2,994 per month through flexible payment schemes such as Pag-IBIG funding and bank financing.
