MANILA, Philippines — Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila goes for gold in the name of sustainability, with its most recent achievement of gold status in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED for short, is the most widely used rating system for ‘green’ or environment-friendly buildings.
