Alveo unveils 120-hectare Laguna township

MANILA, Philippines — Alveo Land is developing a new, 120-hectare master planned, mixed-use district in Binan, Laguna with the first phase to be completed by 2023.

The new estate Broadfield will comprise of 80 hectares for commercial and 40 hectares for residential subdivisions.

Tranche 1 alone has a total of 35 commercial lots with sizes ranging from 1,324 square meters to 2,915 sqm with an average list price of P185 million.

Approximately P2.8 billion of these lots had been sold on the first day of launch, Alveo Land chief operating officer Rufino Gutierrez said during yesterday’s press conference.

 Total sales value of the first phase of the project is P17.7 billion, comprising of 87 lots.

“Broadfield’s location sets it at the heart of South Luzon’s thriving residential, leisure, industrial and manufacturing center. We have a well-designed masterplan that applies the best practices of Ayala Land in property development. This district will be innovative, sustainable and progressive,” Gutierrez said.

The estate is located four kilometers from Nuvali and 21 km. from Alabang.

It will also be accessible from the South Luzon Expressway through the main roads of Governor’s Drive and the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road.

Gutierrez said accessibility would further improve once the ongoing major infrastructure projects in the south are completed.

These include the Cavite-Laguna Expressway and the planned Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway.

Broadfield will also be near the Laguna Technopark and the Laguna International Industrial Park. Other established commercial and retail options in the area are Nuvali’s Ayala Malls Solenad, Laguna Central Mall and Paseo Sta. Rosa outlets.

There are also educational institutions such as De La Salle University Laguna campus, which is the site of the Shrine of St. John Baptist de La Salle.

Alveo has already developed two residential communities in the new estate.These are the 22-hectare Venido on the northwestern portion and Aveia just across it.
