MANILA, Philippines — Luxury developer Ayala Land Premier (ALP) takes its long-established legacy to new heights with its first high-rise residential tower in Parklinks, a joint development by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Eton Properties Philippines Inc. (EPPI) in Quezon City and Pasig. It is the pioneer residential address to launch in the estate and ALP’s first residential building outside Makati and Taguig.
The company, celebrated for its high-end luxury properties, previously launched its first premium-grade office project in Quezon City situated in another ALI estate, Vertis North.
Parklinks North Tower was launched with a total value of about P12.7 billion. To date, it has sold close to 70 percent of its available inventory. From a starting average price of about P280,000 per square meter, units within the property are now valued at more than P320,000 per sqm, marking a 15 percent increase in value.
Parklinks North Tower will rise 55 floors over Parklinks, a 35-hectare, master-planned, mixed-use, and sustainable estate envisioned to be the greenest urban community in Metro Manila. With 50 percent of the total area dedicated to parks and open spaces, it will feature an interconnected network of four sprawling parks that will maximize access to green open spaces amidst an animated urban landscape. The joint venture will invest P53 billion on the estate’s development over the next ten years.
Parklinks Towers will be the only residence in Parklinks with a direct retail connection to Parklinks Mall and the River Esplanade. Set to open in 2023 along C-5, the five-story premium lifestyle Parklinks Mall will provide 51,000 square meters of leasable space. It will have a sports center, an entertainment zone with six cinemas, office spaces, and a diverse mix of retail and dining options. On the other hand, the River Esplanade will be an open civic park with riverside dining establishments.
Parklinks North Tower offers a total of 280 units with one- to four-bedroom configurations. Ranging from 70 to 306 sqm, units are priced from P22 million to P120 million. Apart from its standard units, the tower offers a limited selection of special residences. The four-bedroom Sky Villa, with only nine available units of this type, offers a rare residence on the highest floors with an expanded living and dining experience as well as a master suite almost as large as a one-bedroom unit. The three-bedroom Horizon Villa, with only two units of this type, is an expansive bi-level unit with a sizable veranda located on the 45th and 46th floors.
Parklinks North Tower is expected to commence unit turnovers by the third quarter of 2025. Parklinks South Tower, the sequel to ALP’s successful first launch, is set to be unveiled soon.
