The Grand Midori rises in Ortigas

MANILA, Philippines — Federal Land, the property development arm of the Ty-led GT Capital Holdings Inc., is putting up The Grand Midori along Exchange Road in Ortigas Center, the second iteration of the brand in the country following the success of first The Grand Midori in Makati.

The two-tower high-rise development will offer prime living spaces exemplifying craftsman-like, elegance, and functional Japanese design and aesthetics of the Grand Midori brand.

The first Grand Midori development reshaped the Makati Skyline in 2011.

The Grand Midori Makati was the first of a series of successful joint projects between Federal Land Inc. and Japanese real estate giant ORIX Corp. The 35-story twin tower development was given the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in the Residential High Rise category during the 2017 FIABCI-Philippines International Real Estate Federation’s Property and Real Estate Awards.
