CGBP seminar on strategy execution

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices is hosting a pioneering program titled, Best Practices in Strategy Execution on Oct. 25 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City.

Participants will learn more about the Palladium Execution Premium Process, the world-class framework taught at Harvard Business School and developed by management gurus Bob Kaplan and Dave Norton, who popularized the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map Principles and Practices.

Their strategy execution program is popularly taught at the Harvard Business School and is the most widely adopted approach by globally successful firms that enables them to plan, execute, monitor, test and adapt their strategy assumptions in order to manage execution effectively.

The program will feature the expert in this field of practice, Jonathan Juan Moreno, who was the managing consultant at the Palladium Group.
