The Bistro Group expands sub-franchising campaign, opens new Denny’s branch
MANILA, Philippines — The Bistro Group of Restaurants, the company behind 20 successful international and local restaurant brands with over 93 establishments nationwide, is intensifying its sub-franchising campaign as part of its growth strategy.
The latest franchised store that will open tomorrow is Denny’s new branch located at Ayala North Exchange Mall. The 68-seater restaurant serves classic American comfort food 24/7 amid a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Ever since this popular American diner opened its flagship store and first branch at the Bonifacio Global City, it has strengthened its stature as the world’s largest full-service family dining chain.
“We provide our franchisees with what they need to jumpstart their business. We advise them and guide them through the different areas of restaurant operations – from site and design, marketing and menu, culinary and beverage, operations, accounting, supply chain, systems, procedures and best practices,” said Amy Palisoc, The Bistro Group’s VP for business development.
The other concepts that are open for sub-franchising are TGIFridays (one of the world’s most recognizable brands in American casual dining); Bulgogi Brothers (a South Korean chain that offers traditional and classic Korean cuisine like barbecued meats and steaks); Fish & Co. (another Singapore-based concept that is home to the best fish and chips in town); Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant (the leading food and beverage brand in Japan with over 700 branches in the Asia Pacific region) and Modern Shanghai (for authentic, home-cooked Shanghainese cuisine).
The other brands under The Bistro Group’s diverse portfolio include Hard Rock Café Manila, Italianni’s, Texas Roadhouse, Village Tavern, Red Lobster and Buffalo Wild Wings, among others.
