British Chamber hosts Business Outlook Briefing for 2019

(As released) Business Outlook Briefing 2019 was hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce Philippines at the Dusit Thani Manila on January 30.

The briefing aimed to discuss the challenges that the country faced in the past year and how these have been addressed as well as plans moving forward this 2019 in driving economic growth and investments.

Among those who have graced the event are Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Philippines Daniel Pruce, Department of Finance Undersecretary Karl Chua, Department of Trade and Investment Assistant Secretary Angelo Taningco and renowned economist Dr. Bernie Villegas to share their insights about reforms in aiding the improvement of the Philippine business climate, as well as plans and opportunities to look out for this year.

The event was attended by almost a hundred participants from various industries and sectors and was sponsored by SGV, Meralco, KMC Savills and Unionbank.
