Launched on April 28, 2016, ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version of ISO quality management system.

The audit aims to determine the conformity of the management system and recognizes its ability to meet applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
It also targets to verify its effectiveness in ensuring clients can reasonably expect to achieve specified objectives and determine the management system’s ability to identify areas for potential improvement
ISO 9001:2015 certification also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
MWSS also commended both concessionaires Maynilad Water Services Inc. and Manila Water Co. Inc. for securing ISO certifications.
