MANILA, Philippines — Alpina Heights Properties Corp. (AHPC) is pouring in P2 billion for The Alpina Heights and other projects in the pipeline.

AHPC vice-president for administration Rey Caligner said the project is targeting Filipinos working abroad as well as investors interested in the property market.

He said the residential market remains strong with many investors eyeing to have a premium residential property at an affordable price.

AHPC sold out the first tower in just six months. The company is preparing to sell the second tower within three to four months.

Units are selling from P2.25 million for a one-bedroom unit with 28 square meters in size to P3.45 million for a two-bedroom unit with 41.2 sqm in size.

“All units come pre-furnished with a split-type inverter air conditioning unit, induction stove, refrigerator and shower heater. Its power saving appliances will certainly help conserve energy and lessen electricity consumption, for its residents.” Caligner said.

The development is located near Sucat Exit in Parañaque, providing residents easy access to multiple shopping malls and commercial establishments.

AHPC has tapped Santos Knight Frank (SKF) as its property management arm for its project.

SKF is an internationally renowned property management firm, which has a strong track record and reputation in managing a variety of different real estate projects in the metro.

With the partnership, customers will be more at ease knowing that their units are in good hands and are well maintained by SKF’s personnel, professionally trained to manage and maintain the property.
